Consolidated five separate HR onboarding forms into a single 7-page interactive PDF workbook where employee name, ID, and department entered on Page 1 automatically populate across all subsequent forms.
Key Interactive Features Engineered
- Cross-Page Data Mirroring: Identical field naming binds employee name, CNIC/SSN, and hire date across all 7 pages—eliminating repetitive typing.
- Routing & Account Number Masks: Numeric-only validation masks prevent typographical errors in payroll direct-deposit enrollment.
