Cancellation, Refund & Revision Policy

Clear rules for custom digital work and fixed PDF packages.

Before work begins

You may cancel for a full refund if PDFnestor has not started the project. Work begins when document review, layout, field creation, scripting, redesign, or another agreed production task starts.

After work begins

If you cancel after work begins but before the first proof, PDFnestor may deduct a reasonable amount for completed work and refund the remainder. The calculation will be explained.

After a proof is delivered

Because the service is custom digital work, cancellation refunds are normally unavailable after the first proof or completed file is delivered. PDFnestor will instead correct confirmed defects and provide the revisions included in the package.

Included revisions

  • Basic: two rounds
  • Standard: three rounds
  • Premium: five rounds
  • Custom projects: as stated in the quotation

New pages, new functions, redesigned requirements, or substantial new content are scope changes rather than revisions.

Technical defects

Report a reproducible defect within seven calendar days of final delivery. Confirmed defects within the agreed scope will be corrected without additional charge. Viewer compatibility is assessed against the platforms agreed for the project.

Client delays and inactivity

A project may be paused after 14 days without a required response and closed after 30 days of inactivity. Reopening may require a new schedule or quotation. Refund questions are assessed according to work already completed.

Failure to deliver

If PDFnestor cannot deliver for reasons within its control, the customer may receive an appropriate full or partial refund. This does not apply where delivery is prevented by incomplete materials, unlawful requests, unsupported technology, force majeure, or prolonged customer inactivity.

Requesting support

Email support@pdfnestor.com with your name, transaction reference, project title, and requested resolution. Mandatory legal rights and Paddle's applicable buyer-protection requirements take priority where they provide a different remedy.
